We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) functionality within YardiOne.

We have narrowed the issue to a subset of SMS providers in Canada and are working with our vendors to resolve it. In the meantime, please use the 'Resend to Voice' option or an alternate MFA method.

We are aware of an issue affecting Mutli-Factor (MFA) functionality within YardiOne where SMS messages are not being delivered by a subset of phone carriers.

Yardi Systems is working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please use the 'Resend to Voice' option or an alternate MFA method.
