Ongoing CommercialCafe Issue

Incident Report for Yardi Systems

Monitoring

It has been determined that the remaining affected users are on the Comcast network, which is retaining the erroneous security detection against the SecureCafe3.com domain. Clients on the Comcast network can circumvent this issue by adding securecafe3.com to the 'allow list' in their Comcast Business web filter dashboard. It is also recommended that the affected clients contact Comcast support to report the false positive. Yardi Systems is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

Update

For users who may still be experiencing access issues, the cause is likely related to network security systems or local security services that have not yet refreshed their threat intelligence and may still be relying on previously cached phishing classifications.

For users still impacted, whitelisting commercialcafe.securecafe3.com , or accessing from a different network like a cell phone, may help restore connectivity.

As an alternative for tenants, they can log in using the following temporary URL: https://www.commercialcafes.com

Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue.

Identified

We have identified an issue with CommercialCafe access and we are continuing to work on a resolution.

This issue was caused by an incorrect security classification of the domain by certain third-party security providers, which impacted access to both Site Manager and Tenant Portal. Remediation efforts with the affected providers are ongoing, and access has already been restored for many users.

For users who continue to experience access issues, whitelisting commercialcafe.securecafe3.com , or accessing from a different network like a cell phone, may help restore connectivity while remediation is completed.
